The Canadian airborne legacy began in July 1942 with the creation of the First Canadian Parachute Battalion. The nation's first paratroopers served with courage and distinction and set the foundation for Canada's airbornesoldiers in the MSF, DCF, the Canadian Airborne Regiment,parachute companies within the regular force infantry regiments, as well as CSOR. Throughout, Canada's paratroopers have proudly served the nation with dedication and professionalism and have personified the concepts of duty and courage. This print is in honour of their fallen.
